Who Will Be Working With You?
Cindy Dedo Kelley, originally from Palm Beach, FL, started her home staging and interior redesign business 15+ years ago with her husband, Andrew. After their first daughter was born, Cindy left her teaching job to make Simply Stage It her full-time gig.
Armed with her realtor’s license and a background in feng shui, Cindy began helping a realtor friend prepare and stage homes for sale. Simply Stage It quickly grew from a small side business to one of the best home staging and interior redesign services with offices in Nashville and Boston.
Cindy and Andrew work with over 200 realtors in Tennessee and New England to sell homes quickly at or above asking price. Their goal is to provide realtors, contractors, and homeowners with the best tools to prepare a home for sale, while remaining sensitive to the seller’s needs.
Inventory
Simply Stage It keeps enough furniture and inventory on hand in their warehouse to service 30 to 35 homes at a time. Cindy and the design team will add to their inventory if they need something unique or specific to stage a room properly.

Simply Stage It serves homeowners, contractors, businesses, and realtors throughout Middle Tennessee, Nashville Metro, and Franklin.

Cindy is a professional stager, organizer, singer, teacher of the deaf, and dancer. Her goal is to treat each home as if it is her own on the market. She is a mom of two wonderful girls.
Andrew is the Director of Operations for Simply Stage It. His background is in business management and human resources which enables Simply Stage It to operate at peak performance.
